Catherine aka Madame Catherine aka Mandamu Katarinu is a spectral fortune-teller that approaches Ichiro (whom she has adopt the alias "Icheero") to help her setting some wrong right for old clients that she misled. She previously was a fake fortune teller but apparently gained skills after passing over.
